a Guatemalan - Asian Fusion Street
Food Restaurant with 110 seats
Concept – Rustic Bodegon with an Asian Flare
Our Approach – Zeroing in on restaurant uniqueness, such as, the manner which they prepare and serve their dishes, we created an open kitchen to allow for viewing. Their focus on the art of cocktail making inspired us to creating a large interactive indoor-outdoor bar and create a beautiful outdoor area by planting an oak tree for shade, shrubs for privacy and adding a rustic wood roof to create a sheltered outdoor space
on what was once a drive through parking lot.
